Question for SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER

I have my old Samsung Galaxy J1 which I am using because iphone dropped and broke. It was working fine until now. Battery % goes down very fast, and when I charge it, the phone is very hot! Also no calls or messages getting through since yesterday! Help??!!
